Draft Proposal of Community Garden in Trewoon Recreational Land

The Parish Council’s proposal is due to the planning obligation by legal agreement under S106 Town and Country Planning Act 1990 for the housing development on St Mewan Lane. The agreement clearly identifies an Off- Site Public Open Space Contribution of £496 per dwelling and must be spent in Trewoon Recreational Land.
