These can either be emailed back to me or posted to Parish Clerk, Tre Bethan, The Chase, Sticker, St Austell PL26 7HL.

Payment can be made by bacs to St Mewan Parish Council 60-83-01 20384890 or cheque to St Mewan Parish Council. Please mark your application paid by bacs, if this is the case.
